Job summary

William Hill shop roles involve welcoming customers, processing bets and assisting with queries while demonstrating how to use betting terminals. You will build relationships with customers and provide excellent service, championing safer gambling at all times.

Shifts cover 8am–10pm, Monday to Sunday with rota-based evenings and weekends. The role supports shop displays and opening/closing activities, and offers varied full- and part-time hours across UK high street locations.

• Strong interpersonal and empathy skills with the ability to engage with customers from all walks of life.
