Nike West London is seeking a Team Lead to deliver world-class consumer service and premium brand experience on the sales floor. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate employees while supporting daily operations to reach sales targets, including digital services and promotions.

Our Leads specialize in one business area but support cross-functionally, ensuring Nike standards are met and the consumer journey is brought to life across commercial, athlete, and consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a small team.
• Strong communication and brand ambassador skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
