Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) invites you to join our energetic team as a Customer Service Assistant. You will greet guests, handle reception bookings, answer questions, and help drive sales while delivering a fun, safe environment.

You’ll work in a lively centre offering food, drinks, and entertainment across family-focused activities. The role requires enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and able to work in fast-paced environment.
• A nothing is too much trouble attitude.
• Able to provide high levels of customer service and strong communication skills.
• Fully flexible around working pattern (evening and weekends required).
• Be approachable, helpful, and organised to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers at reception and in-centre areas.
• Answer customer questions and be a point of contact for enquiries.
• Spot sales opportunities and host parties or events.
• Keep the centre clean and tidy; assist with food and drinks preparation and service.
