Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join the Activa team. You will handle enquiries by phone and email, coordinate vehicle quotations, and assist with supplier arrangements to ensure smooth services for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience handling enquiries by telephone and email.

• MS Office proficiency and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries by telephone and email.
• Dispatch renewal emails and assist with vehicle selection.
• Organise demo vehicles and source vehicles from suppliers.
• Prepare vehicle quotations using the in-house system.
• Raise Activa orders or client forms as needed.
• Escalate driver or vehicle concerns when required.
