LGH Hotels Management is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist to join the Front Office team in Cardiff. You are the first point of contact, delivering a warm welcome, smooth check-in/out and attentive support to guests.

You will handle enquiries, reservations and calls with care, share information about the hotel and local area, and work closely with colleagues to ensure a memorable stay.
