White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host to join our Retail team in-store. You will help deliver an outstanding customer experience across high-street fashion, supporting on the shop floor and at point-of-sale. You’ll be friendly, helpful and ready to inspire customers with our brand.

The role is an eight-hour contract with weekend availability, offering opportunity to engage with customers across multichannel services and contribute to stock management, events and promotions.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer service across the customer journey.
• Support till operations and use mPOS for cross-channel orders.
• Promote promotions and inform customers of discounts.
• Assist in events and preview evenings.
• Maintain high visual standards in-store.
• Assist with stock replenishment and deliveries.
• Follow health and safety procedures and cooperate with internal teams.
