Customer Experience Executive - Audi Grimsby

At JCT600, our Customer Experience Executives are essential to delivering a seamless and memorable customer journey. You'll be the trusted point of contact following a vehicle purchase, keeping customers informed and ensuring everything is ready for a smooth and professional handover.

Your role is key to creating a lasting positive impression by coordinating the final stages of the purchase journey and ensuring every customer feels informed, supported and valued.

As a Customer Experience Executive Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Guiding customers through their post-sale journey, providing clear communication and regular updates through to handover.
• Coordinating vehicle preparation and documentation to ensure everything is completed accurately and on time.
• Delivering professional and memorable vehicle handovers.
• Encouraging customer feedback and supporting the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role (preferable).
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive and professional approach, with a genuine passion for making customers feel valued.
