JCT600 Ltd shows for Audi York a Showroom / Business Manager role focused on leading the showroom sales team to hit new and used vehicle targets. You will drive profitability through finance and insurance products while upholding JCT600 standards of excellence and compliance.

You will coach and motivate your team, ensure FCA and brand compliance, and deliver an outstanding customer journey from first enquiry to handover in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and success in the Motor industry as a sales executive, sales manager, business manager, or showroom manager.
• Strong understanding of finance and insurance products, with experience ensuring compliance and profitability.
• A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.

As a Showroom / Business Manager your day-to-day will include:

• Leading and developing the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets.
