Job summary

Anderson Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator for a role in Pershore, Worcestershire. You will handle customer enquiries, manage cases, and keep customers informed throughout the process in a busy team environment.

Full training will be provided and you will join a supportive culture with a Monday–Friday 8:15am–5pm schedule. Salary up to £29,000 per annum depending on experience and benefits such as free parking and an annual bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience is required; full training provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised with attention to detail and a proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries and direct to relevant departments.
• Manage and update customer cases on internal systems with accuracy.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide updates throughout the process.
• Prepare and manage customer returns documentation.
• Support the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day customer service operations.
