Skipton Building Society is recruiting a Customer Service Consultant on a fixed term contract at our Preston branch. The role is full-time (36 hours per week) to support branch operating hours and deliver outstanding service to customers face to face and over the phone.

You will listen to customers, understand their needs, explain savings products, and provide guidance while maintaining accurate records and adhering to policies.

• Previous experience delivering customer service.
