Job summary

Regus is seeking a Community Associate to join one of our centre teams. You will work closely with customers to resolve requests, ensuring they have everything they need to work effectively.

You’ll handle daily tasks from greeting clients, answering inquiries, assisting with events, and maintaining smooth centre operations. The role emphasizes strong communication, adaptability, and a proactive, service-first approach.

Qualifications

• Good communicator with ability to build relationships and empathise with people's needs.
• Willingness to take ownership of problems and solve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with new and existing customers to resolve issues and ensure they have what they need.
• Assist with day-to-day centre operations and customer requests (WiFi, directions, packages, meetings).
• Support planning and execution of events and centre communications.
