Based at our Head Office in Bedford, we are recruiting for a Sales Experience Co-ordinator, to provide a positive sales experience for all our customers through capturing and processing orders, ensuring delivery is on time by our third-party logistic partners.

You will thrive on building strong relationships, resolving issues, and going above and beyond to ensure our clients feel valued, supported, and heard at every stage of their interaction with us. You will also be an advocate for Brewpoint brands, promoting and protecting our beers through adherence to our stocking policies.

Although part of a small team you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders including the Commercial, Brewing, Marketing, and Sales teams to grow sales volumes across all trade sectors.

Position:

  • Provide a positive and seamless sales experience across multiple channels, handling customer orders, queries, and payments efficiently.
  • Accurately capture and process all customer orders, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery through our third-party logistics partners.
  • Proactively address operational issues, ensuring customers are informed and that action plans are in place to resolve any delivery or supply-related problems.
  • Manage customer expectations through clear, timely, and professional communication on order statuses, delivery timelines, and service inquiries.
  • Administer POS requests, introduce new Brewpoint products, and promote special offers or alternatives for out-of-stock items.
  • Support compliance efforts by challenging low or no orders and reducing buying out through proactive engagement.
  • Ensure effective communication between departments, internal teams, and customers, fostering strong relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Manage the booking system effectively for table and room reservations within our Managed House Estate.
  • Assist the Sales Experience Team Leader and Head of Department in implementing new processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Additionally, you will support the Guest experience by assisting with table and room reservations across the Managed House Estate, enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing revenue.

Requirements:

  • Experience of and desire for working in a customer service environment is essential.
  • Strong I.T skills and experience of working with shared information systems.
  • Ability to work independently to prioritise workloads with a “can-do” approach.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential in order to deliver a first-class customer service every time.
  • Flexible worth ethic as you will be required to work bank holidays
