Customer Experience Advisor - Head Office - Syston, Leicester

£25,229 (Basic) + Bonus + Enhanced Overtime Rates

Monday to Friday - Saturday Overtime 1 in 4 weekends

How you’ll power our business as a Customer Experience Advisor

You’ll do energy right by all your customers, whether you’re helping set up a new account quickly for a mother with a newborn or delivering innovative energy solutions for a national retail chain. As a Customer Experience Advisor with Flogas, you’ll find answers to every query and solutions to every challenge, ensuring homes and businesses across the UK have the energy they need, when they need it. From deliveries to pricing, you’ll be an expert advisor and a talented negotiator, resolving issues swiftly. Throughout, you’ll support your team, just as they’ll support you.

What we’ll need from you
  • Experience working with customers to solve problems
  • Proven ability to work in a busy environment, prioritise and manage multiple tasks successfully
  • Good MS Office skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills over phone, email, and web chat
  • Negotiation skills and comfort working with numbers, from customer bills to pricing
  • Drive to do right by customers and your team
