We are growing our customer experience department and are looking for enthusiastic customer experience professionals to support our customers via live chat, email, and phone.
MPB is the leading platform for buying and selling used photography and videography equipment around the world.
This is a fully remote position, but you will be required to attend the Brighton office once every 8/9 weeks for team days.
You will be joining a progressive department focused on problem solving, building relationships with customers, and providing an exceptional customer experience. We are international, vibrant, creative, and constantly learning.
Your role will be a blend supporting customers via live chat (30%), email (50%), and phone (20%). We proactively support customers with industry-leading self-service, but when they want human support, you can take ownership and provide exceptional technical assistance—ensuring mutual satisfaction.
