We are growing our customer experience department and are looking for enthusiastic customer experience professionals to support our customers via live chat, email, and phone.

MPB is the leading platform for buying and selling used photography and videography equipment around the world.

This is a fully remote position, but you will be required to attend the Brighton office once every 8/9 weeks for team days.

Your role will be a blend supporting customers via live chat (30%), email (50%), and phone (20%). We proactively support customers with industry-leading self-service, but when they want human support, you can take ownership and provide exceptional technical assistance—ensuring mutual satisfaction.

You will also have opportunities to progress your career within customer experience, whether into team leadership or other areas of the customer journey. You will have the chance to develop both personally and professionally.

Working with market-leading SaaS tools, you will engage with a diverse range of people across different countries and cultures.

Skills you’ll need

  • Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
  • Previous experience in customer support/service/experience roles
  • Fluent English skills—verbal and written
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • An interest in photography or videography (highly beneficial)
  • Additional language skills—verbal and written
