Job summary

West Sussex County Council is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Customer Experience Service. The role focuses on analysing information, data analytics, and improving business processes across programmes.

You will plan, document and implement requirements, work within a team, and travel to different council sites as needed. The position is full-time, hybrid with location in Bognor Regis, offering a salary of £56,874 to £60,771 per annum.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate qualification or substantial equivalent experience.
• Experience in project management and process redesign.
• Strong data analysis and requirement documentation skills.
• Experience in business process design and testing.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear specifications.
