South Tyneside Council is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to join the Digital and ICT Team at a pivotal time for the organisation. The role focuses on redesigning and improving services as legacy systems are replaced and ways of working are modernised to benefit colleagues and residents.

You'll lead business analysis across complex transformation projects, map and review processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and design improved ways of working that deliver better outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Process Analyst to join our Digital and ICT Team at a pivotal time for the organisation.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in one of the Council's most significant transformation programmes, helping redesign and improve services as we replace legacy systems and modernise the way we work. You will work with stakeholders, analyse processes and data, identify opportunities for improvement and help deliver lasting change that benefits both colleagues and residents.
