LSH Auto Limited is seeking a Customer Service focused Contact Centre Agent to handle inbound enquiries, book service appointments and maintain customer records. You’ll work toward KPIs, deliver high-quality service, and identify upselling opportunities to support aftersales performance.

The role is based in the United Kingdom with a 40-hour work week and a base salary of £27,010 plus OTE bonuses. Experience in CRM systems and booking tools is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a contact centre or similar customer service environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound telephone and online customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Book service appointments while maximizing workshop capacity through effective scheduling.
• Maintain accurate customer records to support ongoing relationship management activities.
• Work toward individual and team KPIs while delivering excellent customer service.
• Identify upselling opportunities and promote relevant aftersales products and services.
