Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding customer experience on the shop floor in Greater London. You will greet customers, keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and support daily store operations with a positive attitude and teamwork.

You will adapt your approach to different customers, engage with shoppers, and follow store procedures to help drive sales and present products in line with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items to achieve team sales objectives.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Keep shop floor presentation high, ensuring fixtures, displays and stock areas are clean and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks as reasonably required.
