Job summary

JD Sports Store is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor. You will greet customers with confidence, keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and uphold high service and presentation standards to help customers feel valued.

You will work with colleagues to meet sales goals, support with transactions, cash handling, and stock processes, and follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a friendly, efficient store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items to achieve team sales objectives.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Keep shop floor presentation high; ensure fixtures, displays and stock areas are clean and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed per company standards.
• Process transactions, handle cash, manage stock and prepare deliveries.
• Use in-store technology to support customer inquiries and store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
