Job summary

Stellantis &You UK in Bristol is seeking an Apprentice Customer Advisor to welcome customers, guide them through the service journey, and learn our processes.

The role includes full training via our Performance Academy, online and induction training, and a path to develop within a supportive team. Don’t worry if you have no automotive experience—passion for customer service and strong communication are key.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the Stellantis & You UK journey
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of digitalisation
• Propose and explain standard service options and plans
• Prepare and explain invoices and take payments
• Maintain a positive customer experience throughout interactions
• Be the go-to contact when customers request assistance
