Job summary

Stellantis & You UK is seeking a customer service oriented individual to guide customers through the UK customer journey and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues. Training is provided through our Performance Academy with induction and online modules.

The role focuses on adopting digital systems, proposing additional work, quoting service plans, and handling invoices. Prior automotive experience is not required; willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the Stellantis & You UK Customer Journey.

• Propose and sell additional work via Vehicle Health Check.
• Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers.
• Explain invoices and take payments.
• Update customers on progress and required works.

Role Description:

• Have a passion for customer service, every day.
• Guide every customer through the Stellantis & You UK Customer Journey.
• Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
• Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
• Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.
• You will also be the go-to person when the customer wants us to.
• Estimate repair costs and times.
• Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
• Inform and update them on progress or additional works needed.
• Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.
