Job summary

Stellantis &You UK is offering a Customer Advisor Apprentice opportunity in the UK. The role combines hands-on customer service with an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service Practitioner, within a 2-year fixed term contract.

You will work in the automotive aftersales space, developing skills to interpret customer needs, deliver first-class service and support the business with growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• GCSEs with Maths and English (or equivalent).
• 2-year fixed term contract for an Apprenticeship.
• September 2026 intake for the programme.

This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to pursue a customer service apprenticeship whilst earning a salary by gaining hands‑on experience in the automotive industry as a Customer Advisor.

As a Stellantis &You Apprentice, you will develop the ability to interpret customer and business needs using technology and resources to deliver first‑class customer service. This program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the aftersales business which will give you a strong foundation to make informed decisions, manage our customers and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organisation.

Are you the ONE?

You should have a minimum of GCSEs Grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent. In Scotland, applicants must have or be predicted to achieve National 4 or above in English and Maths and either a Science or Technical subject. Standard Grades 1‑4 and Intermediates are also accepted.

You are a self‑motivated, passionate, innovative individual. You have excellent communication skills and are able to build strong, collaborative, working relationships with employees and teams across the organisation and at all levels. You are organised and are good at absorbing information and analysing problems, above all with a creative mindset.
