DX Network Services is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to deliver outstanding support across the UK. You will handle customer queries, coordinate with operations, and work with account teams to resolve issues and meet service level agreements.

You will be part of a supportive team, with training and clear opportunities for progression while contributing to the Delivered Exactly promise and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Handle inbound customer queries and resolve issues in line with SLAs.
• Work with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery every time.
• Engage proactively with service centres to capture requirements.
• Identify and escalate queries and problems per account needs.
• Escalate issues promptly when required.
• Undertake additional customer account support duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries and resolve issues.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Engage with service centres to receive customer requirements and action them.
• Identify and escalate queries per account requirements.
• Recognise and deal with escalation issues promptly.
