Job summary

STARK Building Materials UK is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Newcastle upon Tyne who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will support public sector customers and help them find the best solutions.

Join a friendly team with a competitive salary, staff discount, life assurance and 33 days of holiday. Hours are 7.30am–4.30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Previous industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience in a customer facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Get to know our product lines and services to assist customers effectively.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers and provide proactive advice.
• Provide administrative support to Account Managers and maintain accurate client profiles.
• Process customer orders, organise delivery times and keep customers updated.
• Keep the branch and yard tidy to make a positive impression on customers.
• Maintain stock levels and perform regular stock counts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify improvement opportunities.
