Job summary

Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) in Swindon is seeking a Customer Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering great service. You will use our systems to process orders, plan deliveries, and keep customers informed throughout their journey.

You will build relationships with new and existing customers, offer proactive advice, work across departments in a busy branch, and contribute to a safe, supportive team environment with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, in person, phone, and email.
• Experience in a customer-facing, sales-office or administration role.
• Flexible and willing to work across departments in a fast-paced branch.
• A great team player with a desire to progress in your career.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders using in-house systems and schedule deliveries.
• Keep customers updated on delivery times and order status.

7.30- 5.00 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey

• Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our values

• Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, both face to face and over the phone, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible

Required Skills and Experience

• Computer literate and confident computer user, systems will be taught but knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential

• A confident communicator in person, over the phone or email

• Experienced working in a customer facing, sales-office based or administration role

• Flexible, able to have a hands-on approach to work; happy to work in various departments within a fast paced, busy branch

• A great teamplayer; ready to support colleagues and customers when needed

• Ambitious, looking for progression and wants to make a career for themselves
