Job summary

FMG RS in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our busy site. You will be the face of our Bodyshops, booking cars in for repair, preparing job cards and updating customers on progress.

Responsibilities include arranging courtesy cars, handling payments, and liaising with customers, the bodyshop and third parties to ensure a top-notch service. A full UK manual driving licence is required.

• Provide vehicle progress reports to customers.

• Handle financial transactions with focus on banking/security and excess payments on insurance policies.
