FMG RS in Gateshead is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to welcome customers at the Bodyshop reception. You will book cars in for repair, prepare job cards, maintain filing systems and provide progress reports to customers.

Qualifications

• Prior customer-facing experience and professional appearance.
• Strong IT/Admin skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK/EU Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Book customer cars in for repair/attention at reception.
• Prepare and file job cards and related paperwork.
• Maintain efficient filing system for paperwork.
• Provide vehicle progress reports to customers on request.
• Arrange and allocate courtesy cars for customers.
