Job summary

FMG RS, part of ZIGUP, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Bodyshop reception in Leeds. You’ll book repairs, prepare job cards, keep files tidy and provide vehicle progress reports to customers. You’ll also arrange courtesy cars and handle payments with secure banking procedures.

You’ll report to the General Manager, joining a passionate team committed to delivering excellent customer service and growth opportunities within a dynamic mobility group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Strong IT/Admin skills.
• Full UK/EU Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Book customer cars in for repair/attention.
• Prepare job cards and files for processing.
• Maintain filing system for paperwork.
• Provide vehicle progress reports to customers on request.
• Arrange and allocate courtesy cars for customers.
• Collect payments and manage banking & security arrangements.
