Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle daily order processing and customer queries.
• Raise manual notes for permitted scenarios and update Manual Log.
• Take payments from customers and reconcile banking.
• Calculate commission payments to agents and adjust cylinder holdings.
• Complete manual templates to create Proforma Invoices as required.
• Provide proactive service and identify sales opportunities for referral to the sales team.
• Develop knowledge of products, services and systems.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely, accurate responses.
