Job summary

BSI is seeking a Customer Administrator to join the Customer Experience team in Covent Garden. You will handle membership records, quotations, orders, invoices, credits and payments across internal systems, while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach to support internal stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales order processing.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of Membership accounts and customer records.
• Process quotations, orders, invoices, credits, refunds, and payments accurately.
• Maintain CRM systems and log customer interactions.
• Support customers through verbal and written communication channels.
• Produce monthly and ad hoc reports to identify data inconsistencies.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to meet KPIs and standards.
• Support departmental projects and continuous process improvements.
• Provide administrative support across the Customer Experience team.
