In this role as Customer Development Executive, you will help grow Britvic’s market share in the soft drinks category within your territory. Working with a successful team, you will drive sales of products including Pepsi Max, 7Up, Lipton, Tango, Robinson’s, Rockstar, Carlsberg, 1664, Poretti Beer, and Jimmy's by maximizing brand availability and visibility in Symbol and Independent stores.

Prerequisites:

  • Previous experience in Convenience, Business Development, or FMCG is preferable.
  • Field-based role requires a manual driving licence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Working with a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Make face-to-face contact with existing retailers, establish and retain new business opportunities, and develop a business plan for your territory focused on maximizing sales.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and executing tailored solutions.
  • Create a business plan to grow sales and market share through a strategic approach.
  • Achieve key selling metrics and motivate colleagues to excel in execution and customer management.
  • Adopt a category-based selling approach to develop outlets for mutual benefit.
  • Utilize data to drive best practices across your territory and team.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a growth mindset to overcome challenges and win over stores.
ABOUT YOU
  • You are passionate, driven, and target-oriented, capable of bringing brands to life.
  • Your entrepreneurial spirit makes you thrive as the key contact for customers, driving new business and maintaining relationships.
  • You are eager to succeed in convenience retail, advocating our brands and focusing on consumers.
  • You may have experience in Direct Sales, Convenience, or FMCG.
  • You possess strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational, planning, and administrative skills.
  • You are self-motivated, IT and social media literate.
  • You are resilient, energetic, and proactive.
  • You hold a full valid manual driving licence, are eligible to work in the UK, and live within a 60-minute commute of the role location.
