Overview

Join Britvic as a Customer Development Executive and help us grow our market share within the soft drinks category in South East London and surrounding areas (preferably postcode SE19). This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £31,500 basic plus a 20% bonus, working 40 hours per week.

Your role involves driving sales and increasing brand visibility through face-to-face engagement with retailers, focusing on maximizing availability and visibility of our products like Pepsi Max, 7Up, Lipton, and others, in convenience and independent stores.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, understanding their needs and executing tailored solutions.
  • Create and implement a business plan for your territory to grow sales and market share.
  • Meet key sales targets and support team efforts to achieve excellence in execution and customer management.
  • Adopt a category-based selling approach to develop outlets for mutual benefit.
  • Utilize data and evidence to inform best practices and successful strategies.
  • Maintain a growth mindset and adapt approaches to overcome challenges.
About You

  • Previous experience in FMCG, direct sales, or convenience sectors is advantageous.

  • Resilient, energetic, and able to work at pace.
  • Valid manual driving license and eligibility to work in the UK, residing within a 60-minute commute.
