John Lewis Partnership is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to bring Waitrose produce and partner-led service to customers’ doors. This is an active, physical, customer-facing role with in-store tasks when not out on the road.

Part-time role (25 hours) across seven days with early shifts (06:00-14:00) or (13:45-21:45). Christmas week hours are 11:30-21:15. Flexible working arrangements may be available.

Formación

• Be 18 or older.
• Have a full, valid UK manual car driving license (B-Category) with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lift crates up to ~18 kg).
• Excellent people skills and friendly customer service approach.

Responsabilidades

• Be a friendly face on the road delivering Waitrose brand experience.
• Talk with customers about substitutions or changes to orders and process refunds when needed.
• Handle products with care and ensure safe delivery to customers' doors.
