Shifts vary; you will work independently most of the day with support from managers and colleagues at base. Pay starts at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and options for 12-hour roles.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers in their homes within designated time slots.
• Load and unload products, ensure van is clean and organized.
• Check orders and substitute items when needed and handle refunds to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide warm, friendly service and build rapport with customers.
• Follow safety checks to keep deliveries reliable.
• Work as part of a team with managers and colleagues back at base.
