Job summary

Tesco on the road is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to meet customers in their homes every day. This role is about much more than driving; it’s about helping people and delivering great service with a smile.

You’ll work independently for much of the day, with a supportive team of managers and colleagues back at base whenever you need them. We offer a starting pay of £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and roles from 12

• Ability to drive and deliver groceries with care.
• Punctual and reliable with time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers within the promised time slot.
• Load and unload items, keep van and workspace clean and organized.
• Provide warm, natural service at the doorstep and handle order changes smoothly.
• Explain substitutions or refunds to maintain a positive customer experience.
• Build good relationships with colleagues to support team performance.
