Job summary

Tesco is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to meet customers in their homes. This role is more than driving; it’s about helping people and delivering great service with a smile. It’s hands-on, physical and varied, with no two shifts the same.

You will be paid from £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in stores within the M25. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with some roles starting at 12 hours. You will load the van, keep everything tidy, and ensure orders reach customers on time,

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience preferred.
• Able to manage time and meet delivery windows.
• Friendly and clear communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Keep van, trays and work area clean and organized.
• Load van safely and perform checks for roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes or substitutions to customers and process refunds as needed.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and trust.
• Deliver within time slots with warm, outward-facing service.
