Job summary

Tesco Retail is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to meet customers in their homes. This role is more than driving; it’s about delivering great service with a smile and providing a reliable, friendly experience.

Pay starts at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week (roles from 12 hours available). You’ll load the van, deliver orders, and maintain high standards of care and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Deliver customer orders with a friendly, helpful attitude and great service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers at their homes in a timely and courteous manner.
• Load the van safely, check orders and ensure items are delivered in good condition.
• Communicate order changes or substitutions to customers and handle refunds when needed.
• Keep the van and work area tidy and organised for efficient service.
