Job summary

Tesco's Customer Delivery Driver role puts you at the heart of the shopping experience. You meet customers in their homes, drive a van, and ensure orders are delivered with a smile and care.

You'll work varied shifts, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and pay starting at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in stores within the M25. We offer flexible working and a range of benefits to support you.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
• Adaptability to changing schedules and routes

Responsibilities

• Keep van, trays and work area clean and organised to ensure orders arrive in perfect condition
• Load van safely and perform checks to ensure roadworthiness
• Explain order changes or substitutions to customers in a friendly manner and process refunds when needed
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and customer trust
• Deliver within specified time slots with warm, natural service at the doorstep
