Tesco is hiring Customer Delivery Drivers to meet customers in their homes across the UK. This role blends driving with hands-on service, offering a friendly, reliable shopping experience and flexible shifts to suit your life.

You will work independently much of the day, supported by a team at base for assistance when needed. Pay starts at £14.18 per hour and rises to £15.45 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week; some locations offer additional payments and

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months.
• No more than 3 penalty points.
• Be warm and welcoming with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Keep your van, trays, and work area clean, tidy and organised.
• Load the van safely and complete checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes or substitutions clearly and offer refunds when needed to keep the experience smooth.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and trust.
• Deliver within the customer’s time slot with friendly, at-the-door service.
