Job summary

Tesco is looking for Customer Delivery Drivers to meet customers in their homes across the UK. This role is about more than driving—it's delivering great service with a smile, staying hands-on, and working with a supportive team back at base.

Pay starts at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. Roles from 12 hours are also available, offering flexible working from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be able to build strong relationships with colleagues to deliver great service.
• Be warm and welcoming with customers and colleagues.
• Respond quickly to changing customer needs while on the road and in store.

Responsibilities

• Keep your van, trays, and work area clean, tidy and organised so orders arrive in perfect condition.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure it is roadworthy and reliable.
• Explain order changes, substitutions or short-dated items to customers clearly and help with refunds when needed.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and customer trust.
• Deliver to customers within their time slot with friendly, attentive service.
