Responsibilities

• Keep van, trays and work area clean, tidy and organised for every order.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes and substitutions clearly and offer refunds when needed to keep the experience smooth.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and customer trust.
• Deliver within agreed time slots, providing warm, friendly doorstep service.
