Job summary

Tesco is hiring Customer Delivery Drivers to deliver groceries directly to customers’ homes across the UK. You will drive a delivery van, ensure items are loaded carefully, and communicate with customers about substitutions or changes to orders.

We offer flexible hours with a minimum of 12 hours per week and a guaranteed 16 hours for many shifts, plus employee benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) held 12+ months; max 3 penalty points.
• Able to adhere to GB Domestic Driving Rules.

Responsibilities

• Delivering your part of our customer shopping trip by ensuring the van and trays are clean and tidy.
• Leaving the back yard clean, tidy and free of rubbish; picking up litter as seen.
• Loading the van as required and checking roadworthiness.
• Discussing changes to orders with customers; offering refunds for dislikes.
