Job summary

Hours include varied shifts with 16 guaranteed hours weekly and options to work 12+ hours. A UK/EU/EEA driving licence with minimal penalty points is required; full training and ongoing support provided.

• Must hold UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with ≤3 penalty points
• Able to comply with GB Domestic Driving Rules

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer shopping trips by ensuring van and trays are clean and tidy
• Keep back yard clean and pick up litter
• Ensure trays are washed as part of tray wash process
• Load the van and check roadworthiness
• Inform customers of substitutions or refunds as needed
• Care for products and deliveries as if own
• Explain substitutions won't incur extra charges
• Deliver within customer time slots and call ahead if early
• Call store if running late by 30 minutes or more
