Job summary

Tesco is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to meet customers in their homes across the UK. The role combines driving with delivering great service, keeping your van clean and providing warm, natural customer interactions.

You will load and deliver orders within the customer’s chosen time slot, handle substitutions or refunds when needed, and work flexibly with shifts from 12 to 16 hours per week, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours.

Qualifications

• Customer Delivery Drivers meet customers in their homes and deliver great service with a smile.
• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Minimum guaranteed 16 hours per week, with roles from 12 hours also available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the customer’s time slot and provide warm, natural doorstep service.
• Load the van safely and checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Talk customers through order changes and substitutions, processing refunds when needed.
