Responsibilities

• Keeping van, trays, and work area clean and organised for safe delivery.
• Load the van safely and perform checks for roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes or substitutions politely and process refunds as needed.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and customer trust.
• Deliver within customer time slots and provide warm, courteous doorstep service.
