Tesco Customer Delivery Drivers operate across the UK, delivering groceries directly to customers and providing friendly, reliable service. This hands-on role combines driving with customer engagement and problem-solving to ensure orders arrive in perfect condition.

The position offers flexible hours, weekly minimums, and a range of benefits. You’ll be part of Tesco’s trusted delivery team, dedicated to a positive customer experience and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing customer needs on the road.
• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with up to 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Keep van, trays, and work area clean, tidy and organised for safe delivery.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes to customers and manage refunds to keep the experience smooth.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and trust.
• Deliver within the customer’s time slot with warm, doorstep service.
