Job summary

Tesco is hiring Customer Delivery Drivers in the United Kingdom to meet customers in their homes and deliver great service with a smile. This role is hands-on, physical, and varied, with independence on the road and a supportive base team.

You will drive a Tesco van, manage loads, and ensure orders are delivered within the requested time slots. Flexible hours, with a guaranteed minimum weekly hours, are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK/EU driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Keep van, trays and work area clean and organised so orders arrive in perfect condition.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure road readiness.
• Explain order changes or substitutions to customers and process refunds when needed.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and trust.
• Deliver within the customer’s time slot and provide warm doorstep service.
