Job summary

Asda is hiring a Customer Delivery Driver in Farnborough for a part-time, permanent role. You’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, loading the van and delivering orders to customers’ front doors with a smile.

Bring a valid UK driving licence (full or automatic) with up to 6 penalty points, plus great communication, reliability and teamwork. Shifts include weekends and evenings, with training provided.

Qualifications

• A valid UK driving licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries/online orders to customers' homes.
• Load and unload the van and keep it clean and ready for the next delivery.
• Assist in picking and packing online orders when not on the road.

Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic – we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings – no two days are the same.
