Job summary

ASDA in Bridge of Dee is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to join our store team on a part-time, permanent basis. You’ll be delivering to regular customers, loading your van, and keeping it clean, with training provided. Shift pattern is days, 22.5 hours per week, with a friendly, customer-focused approach and the flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

A valid UK driving licence and good communication skills are essential; you’ll be supported by a strong team and great benefits.

Qualifications

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Load your van and deliver to regular customers.
• Keep your van clean and fit for the next delivery.
• When busy, help the team with picking and packing online orders.

When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic – we'll give you all the training you need) and whenweare really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.
