Snows in Hedge End, Hampshire, is hiring a Customer Contact Centre Executive for our onsite team. This full-time, permanent role focuses on providing excellent customer service, handling bookings for MOT, Servicing and other vehicle work, with a warm, call-centre approach and no cold calling.

Expect a busy workshop environment with a 60/40 outbound/inbound mix, flexible hours, and opportunities to earn through your performance. Training and support are provided to help you be the best you can be.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Strong communication and phone etiquette.
• Able to manage calls professionally and courteously.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls for existing customers to book MOT/Servicing and related work.
• Handle customer inquiries with a warm, friendly approach and provide clear guidance.
• Work mix: approximately 60% outbound, 40% inbound depending on time of year.
• Be flexible with working hours to accommodate business needs.
